Wanda SG Dun think I want to keep a 3rd kind of oil at home when it already takes us a long time to finish both bottles of EV Olive oil and the peanut oil (plus the butter and margarine in the fridge).

Wanda SG Then will have to stick to eating butter on bread. ...and maybe end up with high cholesterol. Eh...what is sweet black vinegar? What brand? I only have Zhejiang black vinegar to make hot and sour soup.
the Bear SG get a bottle of Balsamic Vinegar.. put liberally in a dish with good Olive Oil... dip hot crusty bread in it.. yum but then, nowhere as good as putting unreasonable amounts of butter on hot crusty bread
